Wait? What? You use REAL flowers? Are they durable?
The flowers you see in my pieces have been freeze dried and given multiple layers of a soy based poly-resin. They are strong and very durable. They will hold their color for many years. I recommend storing them away from moisture and out of direct sunlight.

What is 'fair trade' silver?
Fair Trade goods are just that. Fair. From far-away villages to your shopping cart, products with fair trade certification come from producers who are justly compensated for their goods and guarenteed fair labor conditions while working. Fair Trade laws also protect the environment.
reMiks vows to make and sell only jewelry that is made from earth sensitive materials; most pieces use materials that I have followed directly from their source.
In addition to using a lot of fair trade silver, I support other small businesses and buy handmade as often as I am able.

What form of payment do you take?
My online shop is currently set up to accept all major credit cards. If you would prefer to arrange payment by PayPal or personal check, please contact me for details. Also, the barter system is alive and well in my world - have a service to offer or want to trade something you have or have made for a reMiks piece that you love?

I do require that you pay within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If you for some reason cannot make payment within 24 hours, please contact me.
See a piece you LOVE but need to wait until payday to get it? Reach out to me. I'll gladly place a hold on your piece for up to a week (or longer for special circumstances).

What are your shipping policies?
I have the ability to ship nearly every day (outside of weekends and federal holidays) via USPS.
Delivery confirmation, expedited shipping and insurance are available upon request.
All items are shipped immediately following the date of payment.
Most of my orders are happily received by my customers in 3-5 days!
If this ETA is expected to be longer (in the case of custom orders) you will be contacted by reMiks immediately.
If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please feel free to contact me before you order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped on the same schedule as domestic orders, but may take longer to arrive to to the distance they have to travel, as well as having to go through customs. "Normal" international shipping takes 6-10 days. (Catastrophes, holidays and snowstorms aside). International customers are responsible for their countries customs and duty fees.
